As our services are in high demand, and in fairness to other patients who require help, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment within this time frame, OR fail to attend your appointment, a late notice fee will be deducted from your account.
The cancellation fee depends on the length the appointment time booked according to our billing schedule. This will equate to the fee for your allotted time slot.
Please note Medicare rebates do not apply to unattended appointments.
