Did Not Receive A Prescription

If you have had your consultation and were to be prescribed an eScript, but have not received anything, please ensure the following:

You have checked your SMS spam folders, as the eScript can go there sometimes

If you are using an iPhone:

1. Go to Settings
2. Go to Apps > Messages
3. Scroll down to "Message Filtering" > Turn this ON
4. Go to your Messages app
5. At the top you will see "Filters" > Click on this
6. Click on "Unknown Senders" to check if the script went in there

If you are using an Android:

1. Open your Messages App
2. Click on the 3 dots or profile icon
3. Click on "Spam & Blocked"
4. Check if the script SMS is in there

Please also check your emails and spam there, as sometimes the script can arrive via email.
