If you have had your consultation and were to be prescribed an eScript, but have not received anything, please ensure the following:
You have checked your SMS spam folders, as the eScript can go there sometimes
If you are using an iPhone:
- Go to Settings
- Go to Apps > Messages
- Scroll down to "Message Filtering" > Turn this ON
- Go to your Messages app
- At the top you will see "Filters" > Click on this
- Click on "Unknown Senders" to check if the script went in there
If you are using an Android:
- Open your Messages App
- Click on the 3 dots or profile icon
- Click on "Spam & Blocked"
- Check if the script SMS is in there
Please also check your emails and spam there, as sometimes the script can arrive via email.
