How is medication shipped?
All applicable weight loss medication is shipped in either:
- A bubble mailer with an icepack
- An esky with an ice brick
Dependent on your delivery method chosen when ordering medication via your Script2u account.
These delivery packing methods are safe to use, especially within the estimated 1-2 delivery day window.
What happens if there is a delivery delay & the icepacks are melted/medication is not cold?
Delivery times can vary, as can the weather. Therefore, there are times when your medication may arrive not feeling cold or the icepacks are melted.
Please note that medication is still okay to use.
