When uploading an eScript to your account or trying to access an eScript, if you see the below screen, this occurs when:
You are trying to access a repeat, but did not order the original script online in your account:
You went to a pharmacy in person to get your original script filled
- As a result, the chosen pharmacy has your repeat on file, and it reads invalid in your account as the repeat does not exist in Script2u
- You need to go back to that chosen pharmacy to access and fill the repeat
- Note: if you go to a pharmacy they should be giving you the electronic repeat, ensure you ask for this when you fill the original script
You are using an old/already used SMS link to order medication (every script/repeat is a NEW code/SMS):
- Please ensure you find the new SMS link or email (usually provided by the pharmacy that dispensed the original order if you did not order it delivered via Script2u but at a pharmacy)
- If you did not get a repeat SMS, you can visit or call the pharmacy that originally dispensed to order as they should have the repeat on file
- If you ordered through the Script2u site, your repeat is already on file - just click on your medication on your homepage
You went to a pharmacy to get your prescription fulfilled, but they did not have the medication in stock – so they cancel the order which invalidates your script
